Customer Privacy Policy and Zero Tolerance SPAM Policy
505 Text is very sensitive to the privacy concerns of the clients of 505 Text Service, as well as all customers who opt-in using our short code 41513 to receive information from the various businesses who use 505 Text Service.
Information that may be collected in connection with customers choosing to opt-in to receive offers, promotions, discounts, information, etc. from any client of 505 Text is not sold or otherwise transferred outside the company. The information obtained is stored in a secure database that is accessible by only the client of 505 Text and the 505 Text Company Administrator.
Customers choosing to opt-in to receive this information will receive correspondence only from those companies whose keyword they have sent to our short code 41513. Information including cell phone numbers, cell phone carriers, etc. is not shared in any form with any other party.
Customers who opt-in to any service provided by 505 Text or its clients through our short code 41513 may OPT-OUT at any time through the following:

505 Text takes has a Zero Tolerance Policy against sending of unsolicited text messages, commonly known as SPAM. Any Client of 505 Text who sends out SPAM will have their account terminated without notice, and will be fined at a rate of $100.00 for each recipient to whom the message was sent, regardless of whether the messages were sent from our server, or from another server advertising our short code. All commercial text messages MUST comply with all applicable federal, state or local laws.
